Spa Hotel 2006 – unbuilt
A spa and conference hotel, on the west coast of Sweden. One source of inspiration for this project were the traditional Swedish bath hotels from 1920-40. These hotels were often built in wood and oozed lightness and airiness. This project is a merger of the traditional and contemporary. The hotel contains two restaurants, a bar, a pool and conference rooms. In front of the hotel there is a bathing house in the sea.
